1. Custom Design Approval

By placing an order for a personalized product, you agree that:

• You have double-checked all spellings, dates, and names provided in the customizer tool.
• Sagoo Craft will produce the item exactly as entered. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
• Once an order is in "Production" status, no further changes to the design can be made.

2. Handmade Nature & Variations

Every Sagoo Craft item is handcrafted. You acknowledge that:

• Natural materials (like wood or leather) have unique grains, knots, and textures. No two items are identical.
• Slight variations in color may occur due to screen resolution vs. physical material. These are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payments are processed via secured third-party gateways. Your order is only confirmed once the payment is successfully authorized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Standard production time is 3–5 business days, followed by shipping. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, Sagoo Craft is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the user.

All content on this website, including product designs, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Sagoo Craft. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
